Well good morning everyone,
When I was coming down-the-stairs from our bedroom this morning, I looked out the window, and saw snow.
A different kind of oatmeal this morning. Whenever I make oatmeal for D, I like to make it a little special.
I used the Scottish oats again, a combination of milk and water for cooking the oats, maple syrup for a little sweetening, and a banana. For the toppings I heated a mixture of berries (blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries), and toasted a mixture of nuts (slivered almonds, chopped pecans and walnuts).
It was delicious. Especially with a cup of coffee!
