My oatmeal was different this morning. When I was at the bulk bins yesterday, buying the cornmeal needed for the polenta, I saw oatmeal called Irish Oatmeal. I know I had heard of it before, but I've tried it. So I picked some up and gave it a try this morning. I'd say it's a mix between oat bran and steel cut oats. I put about 2/3 a cup of the oats, lots of water, a banana, and HUGE peanut butter, then a little splash of milk. I made enough for tomorrow too, since I'll be going to another 8:00 a.m. class.
Time to get ready for class!
