Overnight Mediocreness


I woke up earlier to welcome D home, but he still isn't home, so I thought I'd write this post quickly before he gets here. 

I made overnight oats last night. 

In my bowl went:
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • goji berries
  • cinnamon
This morning I added:
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • more cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

This wasn't the best bowl of overnight oats I've ever made, but it was decent. 

Today I have class at 11 a.m., a paper to finish, a book to finish, another paper to start, and I gotta squeeze in a strength workout. We'll see how it all unfolds!
