So sleepy

Hey folks,

Group power was really good tonight. It was three senior ladies, a couple who were probably in their late twenties and then myself. I got a kick out of the weight the seniors were lifting - we're talking about two pounds here. It was cute.

Before I left, I ate the best snack I could think of.

  • whole wheat toast
  • 1 tbsp natural PB
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 banana 
So yummy. This combination = party in my mouth

Then I hit up the gym, came home and made this for D. 

Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe from The Pioneer Woman (LOVE her). D really liked the recipe. 

I had something much lighter for dinner. 

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup mushroom 
  • 1/4 cup brussels sprouts 
  • 1 tbsp organic balsamic vinaigrette
It was small. It left room for the unpictured bowl of frozen yogurt I just ate ;) 

I'm pretty much off to bed. I'm so tired. Night friends.
