PB & Jam


I woke up starving this morning! I haven't been that hungry in a while. I love that feeling. It make breakfast so much better. 

Last night I precooked some steel-cut oats. They were all ready for me when I came downstairs. 

  • 1/4 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 banana (cooked in with the oats)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mixed berry jam
  • sprinkling of chia seeds

I should go to the gym before class today to run. Later in the afternoon, I plan to go back to Bikram. I loved it last time, and I still have a few days left in the unlimited week I paid for.
