Happy Friday!! It's the start of the weekend. I can't believe how fast this week flew by - Thankfully.
Chocolate Chai Tea with a Cinnamon Goji Berry Breakfast Cookie. Bliss :)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 scoop whey protein powder
- splash of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp natural PB
- 4 gram goji berries
I'm still nibbling on it. It's good.
I'm surprised I'm not more sore after last night's power workout. My muscles were burning for most of the workout, but I'm only a little stiff this morning. Huh. Maybe it's still coming...
